My claim is not about the store but about the product: Neptune model chair - plastic crown 17185127 We bought six of them. The chairs are under a pergola, which is not exposed to rain or sun. Despite this, in less than a year cracks developed in all of them in the joints between the legs and the seat. I contacted the company. Keter does not stand behind the defective product. Crown: Never again! After publishing this post, Keter stores in Netanya contacted me and changed the chairs! Amir Naori
